- Every way here is read in working hours. If you are not safe right now, do not wait for us.
Three steps, and the first is yours.
01
You ask
Two minutes on the form above. Say what is going on, or say nothing but your name — both are fine.
02
We call
A therapist or class lead rings within one working day, at the time you chose, by phone or video.
03
You choose
You leave with one next step — a person, a class or a programme — or the name of a better place to go.
What people ask before they book.
Anything else, ask on the call — that is what it is for.
Do I need to know what I need?
No. Most people don’t, and working that out is the point of the call. You can start with “I have not been sleeping” and nothing more.
Who will I speak to?
A therapist or a class lead from the house, by first name — not a receptionist working through a script. If therapy is the right way in, they suggest who to see and why.
Is it really free?
Yes. Fifteen minutes, nothing to pay, no card details, and nothing you sign up to by taking it.
Is the call confidential?
Yes. We write down only what we need to find you the right person, and it is kept as our privacy notice describes — it is linked at the foot of every page.
Can I book for someone else?
For a teenager aged 13 to 17, a parent or carer can book and join the start of the call. For an adult, we would rather hear from them — you are welcome to sit beside them while they call.
I would rather write than talk.
Write to ⟨hello@your-domain⟩ instead. We answer within one working day, and we can do the whole of the first step by email if that suits you better.
