Eight people,
one hard thing.

Guided groups of eight for burnout, anxiety, new parents and grief. One qualified lead, the same faces every week, and skills you keep after the last evening.

Four leads, each with the same group from the first evening to the last.

in every group, the same each week.

Four groups, each with a start date.

Pick the one that sounds like your year. Not sure which, or whether a group at all? That is what the free call is for.

A group, or one-to-one? Both help, differently.

Most people know which after the free call. These are what tends to decide it.

A group tends to suit you if

You want to learn something

A skill to practise, not an hour to fill. Each week has a plan and a page to take home.

Company would help

Hearing seven others say the thing you thought only you felt.

You would rather mostly listen

Nobody is asked for more than one sentence a week.

An end date suits you

Six or eight weeks, then a follow-up evening a month on.

Noor, Priya, Élise and Jonas lead them

One-to-one may suit you better if

It is too raw to say out loud

Not yet, and not in front of anyone. That is a good reason to start alone.

The times won’t fit

A group meets at one hour; a therapist moves round your week.

It needs to be about you

Your history, your pace, the whole fifty minutes yours.

It can’t wait six weeks

A first session within the week — and urgent help, if it can’t wait at all.

One evening, and what fills it.

Ninety minutes, the same shape every week, so there is nothing to brace for. Nobody is asked to share more than they want.

You can always

What’s said in the room stays in the room.

Agreed out loud on the first evening, by all eight, before anyone says anything else.

What you tell us first

The free call, and anything you say to the lead alone after an evening. It is never mentioned in the group.

What you say in the group

Heard by the eight of you and the lead, and repeated nowhere else — not outside, not to each other in the street.

Every fee, before you book.

A closed group is paid once, when you book; the circle week by week. No intake fee, and the follow-up evening a month on is in the price.

Before you join, what people ask.

Anything else, ask on the free call — or write to the lead of the group you are thinking of.

It is closer to a guided course than to group therapy: a qualified lead runs it, there is a plan for each week, and you learn things you can use. You are never asked to go into detail about your life.

No. Many people mostly listen for the first few weeks. The round at the start is one sentence, and you can pass.

Tell the lead; they will send you the week’s idea and practice, and catch you up for ten minutes before the next session.

Tell the lead before the first evening, or on it. You can move to the next group of the same kind, or stay — some people are glad of a familiar face.

Not a closed group: the same eight start together, so nobody is the new one in week four. The Grief circle is the exception — it is open, and you can join on any Wednesday.

Yes, and many do. Tell your therapist; the two tend to help each other.

Fifteen minutes, free. We will tell you plainly if one-to-one would suit you better.
