Twelve people,
and one of them is yours.
Therapists, a clinical psychologist, class leads and a sleep coach — every one registered, supervised, and easy to talk to. Find someone below, or let us suggest one on a free call.
How we suggest someone, and why.
You never have to pick from a grid. Most people don’t.
On the free call: what is going on, how you like to talk, when you are free. A sentence is enough.
One — not a list — and we say why we think they fit. You can ask for someone else straight away.
A first session, in the house or by video. It is mostly them listening, then explaining how they work.
If it isn’t right, say so — to them or to the front desk. Changing is common, and nobody minds.

Therapists, a clinical psychologist, class leads and a sleep coach — each on this page, with their own.

Each registered with their professional body; the number is on their page.

Ask for one on the intro call — sessions in it are the same fee.
approaches, named plainly
CBT, ACT, person-centred and EMDR — ask any therapist which they use, and why.
About the people, what you might ask.
Anything else, ask on the call.
Can I choose someone myself?
Yes. Ask for anyone by name on the intro call. If they are full, we tell you when they next have space and who else might fit.
Can I ask for a particular gender, language or background?
Yes, and you don’t need to explain why. We will tell you honestly who fits, and if nobody does, we will say so.
What do registered and supervised mean?
Registered: each therapist is listed with their professional body, which holds them to a code of ethics and a complaints process. Supervised: they talk their work through with a senior colleague every month, without your name.
Do class leads offer therapy?
No — class leads teach classes, and therapists do therapy. Tomas does both, and says so on his page.
What if I don’t get on with the person I see?
Say so, to them or to the front desk. Changing is common, and it is never held against you.
You don’t have to choose alone,
that’s what the call is for.
Fifteen minutes, free, with someone who works here.
