Dr Lena Fischer

Fee

€85 · a session, no intake fee

If the last few weeks sound like this, you’re in the right room.

Most people come for something they can name, and something they can’t. Both are enough — and each of these has someone here who works with it.

A woman in brown sitting cross-legged on her mat, eyes closed, both hands in her hair

Worry, panic or low mood that has gone on for weeks

Not a bad day. A run of them, and no sign of the end.

1

Priya Nair · Therapist (CBT)

A woman holding a rolled mat, head tipped back, eyes closed in the sun

Something that happened and hasn’t settled

Months or years on, it still arrives uninvited.

2

Carmen Ruiz · Therapist (EMDR)

A woman in cream sitting cross-legged on her mat with her eyes closed, breathing, in a warm room with plants

A change that knocked you sideways

A loss, a move, a new role — and the ground not back yet.

3

Jonas Weber · Therapist (person-centred)

Someone in headphones on a leather sofa, writing in a notebook

A pattern you keep ending up in

The same argument, the same job, the same three in the morning.

4

Tomas Kolar · Therapist (ACT) · mindfulness

It takes up less of the day, week by week.

Nothing is fixed by session two. What people notice first is that the thing takes up less of the day — it is still there, and there is more day round it.

Six at a time, then a look back.

A common shape, not a plan you sign: some people stop at six, some come for a year. Every sixth session you look back together.

The free call, then sessions 1–2

Starting

One therapist suggested on the call, and why. Then what brought you, and what you’d want different.

Session 1

What brought you

Something you can name, something you can’t, or not much yet.

Session 2

A way of working, explained

ACT, CBT, person-centred or EMDR — said plainly, and yours to question.

Two people in a side stretch on their mats, reaching the same way

Sessions 3–6

The work

The same hour every week, kept. The sixth is a look back together.

Session 3

The thing itself

At your pace. You don’t have to tell everything, or tell it in order.

Session 6

A look back, together

What has shifted, what hasn’t, and whether to carry on.

Sessions 7–12, then as it suits

Carrying on, if it helps

Weekly, then every two weeks suits many people. A week off is fine.

Session 7

Carry on, or space it out

Every two weeks suits many people once things have found their feet.

Session 12

Stop, or come back

No contract and nothing to cancel. Pause, stop, or come back.

Every 6th

A look back every sixth

Whatever the pace, every sixth session is a look back.

Who you might see, by name.

On the free call we suggest one of them — and say why. You can ask for anyone here by name.

What’s yours, and what’s ours.

The hour belongs to you. Your therapist’s work is keeping it that way.

Yours to decide

What you talk about

Something you can name, something you can’t, or not much yet.

How fast

You don’t have to tell everything, or tell it in order.

Who you see

Ask for someone else at any point. Nobody is offended.

When to stop

No contract and nothing to cancel. Pause, stop, or come back.

What your therapist brings

Fifty minutes, kept

The same day, the same time, the same room. The hour doesn’t move for other things.

A way of working, explained

ACT, CBT, person-centred or EMDR — said plainly in the first session.

Confidentiality

What you say stays here. The one exception is a serious risk, talked through with you first.

Supervision

Every therapist here talks their work through with a senior colleague — never with your name.

50

minutes, kept

€85 a session, and nothing else.

No intake fee and no block to buy. Paid by card after each session, and free to cancel with a day’s notice.

Every receipt carries the therapist’s registration number, for insurers.

About individual therapy, what people ask.

It depends on what you come with. Some people come for six sessions, some for a year. You review it every six sessions, and you can stop whenever you like.

Yes — by name, or by what matters to you: gender, language, approach. We tell you honestly who fits.

That is a very common way to start. Your therapist will ask, and silence is allowed.

Yes. The only exception is a serious risk to you or someone else, and your therapist talks that through with you first.

You can, though weekly usually helps the first few sessions find their feet. Say what fits your life on the call.

Fifty minutes,
only yours.

The first step is a free, fifteen-minute call — we suggest one therapist, and say why.
