Therapy for teens,
on their terms.

For thirteen- to seventeen-year-olds. A parent comes to the start of the first session; after that, the hour is theirs.

Noticed something? You needn’t name it.

Tell us what you’ve seen. Each of these has someone here who works with thirteen- to seventeen-year-olds — and your teen can ask to swap.

A woman in a green jumper, eyes closed and smiling, arms flung wide with a coffee in one hand

Quieter, and the door shut

Less said at dinner than there used to be, more time alone — and no way in.

Ben Okafor · Teen counsellor

A woman holding a rolled mat, head tipped back, eyes closed in the sun

School has become a fight

Mornings that end in tears or silence, and grades nobody mentions.

2

Sami Haddad · Therapist · couples and teens

Two women in knitwear leaning on a kitchen counter with mugs, reading tablets together

Panic before ordinary things

A bus, a class, a party — the body braced for something.

Ben Okafor · Teen counsellor

A woman in brown sitting cross-legged on her mat, eyes closed, both hands in her hair

Not eating, or not sleeping

And not saying why — the things you notice from the kitchen, not from a conversation.

What they say stays theirs.

Said out loud to both of you on the first day, so nobody is surprised later.

Private

Stays in the room

Everything they say, draw, or decide not to say. Notes are kept by the house and never shared.

In outline

What you hear

The shape of things every six sessions — “settling in”, “a harder month” — never the details. Your teen hears it first.

Only if at risk

When we would tell

Only if someone’s safety is at risk. Your teen is told that on day one, and hears it from us before you do.

Two things parents often ask on the call, answered here first.

Two people talking and smiling in armchairs in a bright room with plants

It’s you who needs the hour

Worrying about a teenager is its own weight. Individual therapy is for parents too.

€85 · fifty minutes

A woman lying on a mat in a beam of sunlight, eyes closed

They are under thirteen

We don’t see younger children here. On the call we can suggest a children’s service near you.

Free · fifteen minutes

€85 a session, and nothing else.

No intake fee and no block to buy. Paid after each session, and free to cancel with a day’s notice. The free call and the first ten minutes are the only parts you are in the room for.
