Privacy,
in plain words.
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
⟨Legal name of the practice⟩, ⟨registered address⟩, is responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at ⟨privacy email⟩.
What we collect
When you book an intro call: your first name, a phone number or email, and anything you choose to tell us in the note.
When you become a client: what you need for booking and payment, and your therapist’s clinical notes, which are kept separately and more strictly (see Confidentiality).
Why we use it
To call you back, to book and remind you of sessions, to take payment, and to meet our legal and professional duties. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking records for ⟨period⟩; clinical notes for ⟨period required by your professional body or law⟩; an intro-call enquiry that goes no further, for ⟨90 days⟩.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted where the law allows. Write to ⟨privacy email⟩; we reply within ⟨one month⟩. You can also complain to ⟨the data protection authority⟩.
