Booking

The intro call is free and commits you to nothing. A session, class or programme place is booked when we confirm it to you in writing.

Paying

Therapy is paid by card after each session. Class passes and programmes are paid when you book. Membership is paid monthly and can be paused or stopped any month.

Cancelling

Therapy: free up to 24 hours before; later, the session is charged. Classes: free up to two hours before. Programmes: ⟨state your refund terms⟩.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel, you pay nothing for that session and we offer another time first.
